Adaptive Path Counseling, LLC

Life can challenge our ability to trust ourselves, our relationships, and the people and institutions around us. When that trust has been broken, it can leave us feeling confused, discouraged, angry, depressed, or disconnected. Counseling provides a place to slow down, understand what you've experienced, and begin creating a healthier path forward. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are facing relationship and marriage difficulties, family concerns, men's issues, and the unique challenges that can accompany military and veteran experiences. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, stronger relationships, renewed confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths and develop practical tools for creating meaningful and lasting change.
